Our management team is built on experience. Everyone on this team is still involved in the day-to-day details of plan administration and recordkeeping. That means they use the same systems and processes as the rest of our team and they know what is working – and what isn’t. This team also has direct client responsibility which means they can’t get too isolated from the day-to-day details and have to be willing to answer for our work on an ongoing basis.
