NWPS Acquires Kaufmann and Goble Associates
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Kaufmann and Goble Associates (“K&G”), solidifying NWPS’ ability to meet growing demand for conflict free, un-bundled retirement and health & welfare plan services.
Founded in 1971, K&G is a benefits consultant, actuary, recordkeeper and administrator, primarily servicing multi-employer DB, DC, and health and welfare trusts for over 20 clients and 50 plans. The combination with K&G adds 20 retirement plan professionals to the NWPS staff, including a leader in the multi-employer trust area, K&G’s founder, Sid Kaufmann.
