NWPS is Hiring Across the Board!
When Raymond James acquired NWPS 8 months ago, there were plans for investment and growth. True to that commitment, NWPS is hiring industry professionals nationwide.
“We’re always hiring good people,” says NWPS president Tim Wulfekuhle. With offices in several states, NWPS currently employs a team of 160 associates supporting more than 1,000 plan sponsors, 400,000 participants and over $40B in plan assets.
One area of particular focus is adding to the sales team. “We need great people to help us tell the NWPS story to advisors and plan sponsors,” said Tim.
NWPS recently added industry veteran Tim Loehr to work with advisors and business partners in New England, New York, and New Jersey. Tim, a Certified Plan Financial Advisor, comes to NWPS following 13 years at John Hancock. Positions on the West Coast and perhaps the deep Southeast are also on the drawing board.
Looking ahead, Wulfekuhle notes several product and tool launches coming soon or already deployed. NWPS has recently launched iJoin, an extremely robust but simple-to-use retirement planning tool and an extensive library of educational videos at no additional cost to clients. Additional financial wellness modules covering topics such as Calculating Emergency Funds and Forecasting College Costs will be launched shortly. The website uses “gamification” principles to dynamically engage participants. Initial feedback has been tremendous.
NWPS is also developing our own Pooled Employer Plan product, while supporting various partner PEP plans, driving the need for even more industry professionals to join the consulting and service delivery teams.
This is an exciting time for NWPS. It’s not just “business as usual” but rather “business better than usual.”
